Here are some pictures from a practice in February 1999
Our first competition was March 20, 1999 and Morgan placed FIRST with a qualifying score in the Novice A Standard Agility. (Two more qualifying scores and she moves up a level.) She knocked over a bar and was disqualified in Jumpers With Weaves, but we still had fun with it. Here are some video captures from the event.

First trial of the fall, on September 11, was quite successful. We got our first agility title in "Gamblers". Here are the results of the trial: (Couldn't decide which of the three to include, so the all are here.)

Nice that we jump only 8" in NADAC

Second trial of the fall, on September 18, was also run with great results. We had three qualifying runs and tied for "High Scoring Novice Dog". We also picked up the Novice Standard Agility Title and the Novice Jumpers Title. The next NADAC show, which will be this winter will have us competing in Open.
This is starting to look familiar
Nice day in the sun for us

First AKC trial of the fall was on September 25. We had an awsome run in Standard Agility, but knocked the bar on the last jump. In Jumpers With Weaves, we were the fastest 12 inch dog, so qualified with a first place ribbon and picked up our first AKC title, NAJ.

Fall agility season is over. We've moved up into the Open level and handled the courses well, but have been knocking jumps. That's our big project before the next show in February. We did manage to pick up one qualifying run in Jumpers With Weaves in the last show, which was also a first place too.

Spring season has started! We've had three different shows with qualifying runs in each. The latest show had a Jack Russel Terrier who was in the National Championships so we ended up with lots of second place ribbons.

Second USDAA agility show ever: 5 First place ribbons, 1 Second place ribbon, 2 qualifying runs in standard agility which gave us our "Agility Dog" title. Also qualified for the "Dog Agility Steeplechase". See USDAA Web Site and click on "Titles & Tournaments".
We've finished the spring agility season with the Open Agility (OA), Open Agility Jumpers (OAJ), and Agility Excellent (AX) AKC Titles. We've finally gotten pictures of Morgan in the tire and in the weave poles.
Here's a picture of all of the ribbons that we've won to date.
Springfield, MA here we come! Qualified for the AKC Nationals! It was a slow and steady weekend with two thirds and a fourth place finish. We got one picture of a jump.
It's cool we want to go!
Our big trip to the USDAA Steeplechase Championship and the AKC Nationals has been completed. We had some great results and some not so great. At the Steeplechase Championship we made it to the finals in 6th place with the top 8 dogs getting in. In the final round we eliminated ourselves and did not finish. In the AKC Nationals we had two clean runs and two runs with one mistake each. This put us into 30th place out of 115 dogs. We were the top Cardigan Welsh Corgi at the 12 inch jump height.

We made it over this A-frame.The USDAA A-frame is 7 inches higher than the AKC and we had a little trouble with it.
